Compression test on 350 ...results ?

I just joined here and I have a question about a compression test on my 1973
corvette. 350 cid I checked the block ID #s...It is not the original motor. I was
told by the seller it was a high compression engine. The ID #s say it is a 1970 300hp 350. The engine has been equipped with "double hump" pre 1964 heads I am assuming that they are "194's". I ran a compression check and the results were 180-182 PSI for the highest and 165 PSI for the lowest. Most were around 170-175 PSI. I read that a 10% variance in the cylinder PSI was acceptable, meaning that the engine passed. My question is 165-180 PSI is definately higher than nomal compression for a standard 350, Right?
Also, is it possible to determine the compression ratio with this information?

no if it's a 70 it was a high compression engine. my 69 is a 350/300 base engine with 10.25/1 ratio I would expect it to have around 180 readings.
