Got plans for the wife and I to take the 'vette and visit the east coast. Visiting the cities mentioned above. Any tjoughts, suggestions, restaurants, bars ,etc. we should think about?

Planning...
Indepence Hall stuff in Philly
Historic areas in Boston and a day in Cape Cod
No real plans for Portland other than beer and lobsters

When you going? The upstate area (A few miles NORTH of Albany) is quite beautiful!

Saratoga is a great little city as well. Nice shops, micro-brews, wine tasting and lots of hossy racing.
We just went there last Fall and it was the first time I'd been in a good 10 years.

If you get anywhere in our area, feel free to stop in for a few :datawiz:
We are 1 hour directly North of Philly and 1 hour directly West of NYC.

I was going to mention Saratoga, Lake George and all the beautiful areas north of there. Great driving on good back roads and normally not to heavily loaded with LEOs.

The big races at Saratoga are from the middle of July to the end of August

All of the ones listed in the site above are good eats.

The website in general gives some good listings.

I forget how spoiled I am when it comes to dinning options
