I have to travel, but it will not be for BRIV. My vacation to BG has been cancelled.

Here's what everyone needs to know...

Beer trailer will be there Wednesday. They have Ben's info. Also, Michael is aware it will be there and he'll direct them where to put it.

"Cigar Basics" Class

Reservations confirmed for three. NCM already forwarded payment. Advise you are with the corvette group.

Corsair Artisan Distillery and Lunch (Lunch at Tea Bayou)

Reservations confirmed for twenty one. NCM already forwarded payment. Advise you are with the corvette group.

Tea Bayou for lunch at 1:30 (after distillery)

Reservation confirmed for fourteen. Pay when you order.

Micki's on Main
Contact: Chasity Goshorn
Reservation confirmed for 28, but I asked them to set us up for 30. Set up will be three tables of 10, setup together. This will allow the full menu to be available. (If we reserved the banquet room, they limit the menu to a few entree choices, etc.)

House keeping:

THE FOOD TRICKS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
There is a licensing issue with serving food in KY when they are only registered in TN. Here are the changes:

The Studio 1 spa day was cancelled due to zero sign ups.

Prizes are on their way to the Hampton for the Saturday 50/50 drawing. The judging forms and award certificates for the car show will be in the same package. They will arrive in michael's name. He'll turn them over, once received.

I think that's it. The rest of the events are basically lead by us/participants. You guys can delegate the leaders on each.

Edit: Miss Kay has confirmed for Smokey Pig on Friday for 16 ppl. Please go online and check their entrees. She sai they can sometimes run out of stuff by the end of the day. They will always have the pulled pork, but if the group sees something that they absolutely have to have, give her a call and she will make sure it's there for the group. (270) 781-1712
