The future looks promising for those. The only way that it will be accepted by the general public is if flight is completely automated as shown in the video.

However, that design pretty much sucks as there are major blind spots with the wings folded down.

It would be really cool if they put something in the exhaust that made them sound like the cars on The Jetsons.

Pretty cool. I read about a similar concept that involved a flying car that flew 50 feet or so off the ground and followed the interstates via GPS mapping.
