[PIC] I bought an 8-string guitar a few weeks back and I'm really liking it

A few weeks ago I bought this Ibanez 8-string guitar and I'm loving it.

I tune it D-A-E-A-D-G-B-E so i have my regular tuning and the bottom two strings are set up for Drop-D. Surprisingly, from day one, I haven't had any issues getting the strings mixed up, forming my chords in the proper places, and hitting the correct notes.

Another weird thing is the Ibanez Gio 7-String I sold yesterday gave me all sorts of problems with hitting the wrong strings when forming my chords.

Anybody else play one of these?
