I just put a deposit on our first camper! I am pretty excited about it to get some much needed down time With the family. I just can' decide on whether I should pick up a Heisenberg hat or the mad bomber style Cousin Eddie hat to complete the experience. Probably the later as I have no idea how to cook meth.

The only place I EVAR want to camp is in the lobby of the Hyatt. I never have understood the attraction.

Thanks everyone. I am really excited to get camping. I am booking a lakefront spot for a couple days at a place in the poconos this afternoon. A couble days laying in a hammock with a beer next to a fishing pole and the grill is just what I need.

Don't be misled by the pics though. All the materials used in construction are laminate unless you want to pay as much as a house. I still stole it though at $12000. The best quote I had locally was $17000. It was only used a few times.

Sounds like you got one heck of a good deal.

I am replacing my 15 year old rubber roof (EDPM) on my 32' Jayco fifth wheel camper this afternoon (and the next few days apparently).

I wouldn't trade the experience of RV camping for the world. You either love it or you hate it.
