New C4 Tech sticky...

Dogfish posted a "copy" of Socalman's thread from the other place full of tech tips.

I added a few more topics that have already been posted on the tech side of the forum. Please take a minute to take a look, make suggestions, etc.

I know we are still pretty low volume but there isn't a reason that we couldn't take this opportunity to build the tech section as a great resource without all of the associated drama.

I was trying to figure that part out...

I want to link as little as possible. Most of the good threads seem to be started by the people that are here now so I think the better thing to do would be to actually copy the post to the tech section here.

I'm open to suggestions/ideas as to the best way to do things.

What I did was refer to it in the Opening post to the Post # it was located. Basically copied what they did in C5.

If it is the actual write up you can either start a new thread in the tech section to link to or you can put it in the tech thread (like the fuel pump post).

If it is a link, send it to either myself or Dogfish and we can put them in.

I just added a copy of my original write up from CF onto DOGFISH post in Tech section. I figured it would be nice to have the actual text/photos here in da' BARN for us rather than link to the the old sticky on the other site.

If you don't want it SOCALMAN or DOGFISH let me know, and I can delete the post. The photos by the way are hosted on my own server so they won't be "dead links" in the future either.

Ok, just knew you had a lot to do with the old one. It is really a nice list, especially for the "wrench handicapped" like myself :)

I like the "Barn" way better - some nice people have made the move, and I suspect more will follow.
