View Full Version : A Delightful Afternoon.......Again
Getting a little cabin fever with this cold weather, so we decided to take the GS for a ride and get..........dinner............what else.
Went to the Suicide Bridge Restaurant on MD's Eastern Shore for some crab cakes, Crab Imperial, & fixin's, and.......had to have some local raw oysters.
My gawd, that Crab Imperial was good.

Suicide Bridge?
What, do the jumpers have to hang themselves? Or get fitted for concrete shoes?

One thing I really miss from when we lived in Central Pa...the bay was an easy drive. So much great food, so many choices

Folklore has it that the lovelorn had ended their lives jumping of the bridge drowning, henceforth the name of the bridge, and the eatery followed.

I hate you. The closest thing we have to seafood is a Captain D's.

Using sea food and either Captain D, Long John Silver or Red Lobster in the same sentence is an oxymoron. They do not serve sea food.

Kroger has some stuff they haul in from Vietnam and Mexico. I fried up a batch of Tilapea, a few weeks back.

And good thing you have that big CORVETTE decal on your windshield so you can find your car when you come out :seasix:

I get it, you don't like the decal, that's OK. Taking that off and putting the new Grand Sport on it soon.
