It's a gym called "Resolutions". For the first two weeks of the year, it's a gym. The rest of the year it becomes a bar.

True story...back when we lived in central PA we belonged to a place called the Bently Club. First floor was a pretty nce fitness center complete with sauna and steam rooms and just about all the workout equipment you could want (this was early 1980s) However, the second floor was a bar and restaraunt. Nothing like going in for a work out and then up the stairs for a couple of cocktails:shots:

There is a fitness center/spa in my area that has a snack bar and sells all kinds of healthy foods and beer and wine. This is wine and microbrew country here after all.
