I'm looking specifically for once fired (preferably non MG) Lake City 7.62x51 to use in my LMT MWS. I've checked gunbroker, but I'd like some vendor recommendations from people I trust.
Thanks!
Check on where some local, small police depts. practice/qualify.
They probably don't have the resources to re-load ammo. Could be a "deal to be made."

I'll check to see what I have on hand.
Are you going to be all anal on this and must have matched headstamps? :D
My father is an FFL holder and dealer. I can ask to see what he can come up with and get you some prices.
If .308 brass is the same, then check these guys out:
Rifle Brass - Once Fired (http://store.brassmanbrass.com/servlet/-strse-Rifle-Brass--dsh--Once-Fired/Categories)
I've purchased .223 once fired brass from them and they are fast shippers! :seasix:

That's not bad prices either. Since it wasn't fired out of your weapon, a full length resize is required anyway. :yesnod:
When any reloading components were hard to find, they had the brass. Plus they aren't gougers! I bought a bunch of 55 gr fmj bullets from them too.

Nah I won't be too anal about it. I don't need matched headstamps but I will need them all grouped by year, cleanliness, and condition with a detailed written report on each piece. :leaving:

Let me guess, all weighed, marked and grouped with 2/10th of a grain and also water checked for case volume, cleaned, polished , resized, primer pocket cleaned/reamed and a price not to exceed 3 cents each.
I'll get right on it. :yesnod:
