Not pictured is the trench (dug it after this pic) and the camo-tarp walls.

I'll replace the tarp later on with a wall woven with all these infernal saplings I mowed down.

It's just an old cow shed. I may eventually make a run-out out of it. But for now I'm using it a as storage shed till I get the barn built. Here are a couple of outside pics

Was channel surfing earlier and came across Dick Proenneke's "Alone In The Wilderness" documentary, first thing I thought of was your thread. :D

Now there was one resourceful fellow, lived alone out in the wilderness of Alaska for 30-40 years or so.
