This "argument" over Barbie's body proportions has been going on for decades...and nobody can get it right. What's worse, a super-tall, slender Barbie in her current form with unrealistic measurements, or a Barbie that is triple-chinned and obese? Do the promoters of this fat Barbie want to encourage obesity in young girls?

For Chrissake, Barbie is just a doll...make-believe and not real. I look at it like this: If a young girl is going to use a doll as a "role model" I'd rather her shoot for slender instead of fat. She may not attain slender...but she sure as Hell can attain fat.
