36 have been accused of spousal abuse.
7 have been arrested for fraud.
19 have written bad checks.
117 have had businesses that went bankrupt.
3 have done time for assault.
71 cannot get a credit card because of bad credit.
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges.
8 have been arrested for shoplifting.
84 have been arrested for drunk driving.

Can you guess if this is the NFL or the NBA?

Neither. It's the 535 Members of the U.S. Congress. (I checked Snopes about this, but it has nothing.)

Haaaa! Well, I assume that it is true (because it was on the interweb).

I am so glad that they can manage our country so efficiently and effectively. It is so nice not to owe any countries money, not to have a deficit and not to be led by people who act immorally and truly have our interests at heart. :cert::leaving:

Just so you know, it's not personal... snopes.com: NBA vs. NFL (http://www.snopes.com/politics/crime/congress.asp)
... which says that's been false since 1999.

And no, I'm not going to verify it (because it doesn't look as easy as the other one, and I'm too lazy)... http://jms32935.com/tmp/smilies/leaving-r.gif

Teddy is no longer alive and Chris Dodd is gone. So that should reduce many of the problems.
