We discuss it every year during my review and he gives me the choice. The way things are structured I feel like I come out better with the amount of overtime I end up with.

(This year being the exception to that rule):leaving:
But still guaranteed 40+ hrs.

I understand where your all coming from. I had 30 years last April 16th and retired on the 17th. Now it is all my time. Trust me those years go by fast.

I actuallyl like my job. I have set times to work, and the rest is flex time. I work more then 40 hours/week, but it doesn't bother me.

Edit: I did figure it out one time, and even with the "summer off" I still average out to more then 2080 hours/year.

I've always liked Kohler shtuffs. I once bought a house and the American Standard crapper was well...crap. I took it out and replaced it with a nice Kohler and was happily crapping again. :takdir:
