why are there two trains in chicago, how did they make it out without someone stealing the wheels and copper? where are they going that is so important? what or who are they carrying? what color are they painted? steam or diesel?

You're confused. The City is Cleveland. There are no trains...only copper clappers. This will explain it for you:
