Locally roasted Sumatra, fresh ground and brewed via Aeropress. It's fantastic.

Fresh ground Kaladi Brothers. Roasted in Alaska, and we were fortunate to have some family friends send us some for Christmas. Tasty stuff!:seasix:

Lately we've been getting beans that are roasted locally at a cafe. Grind them fresh every time we make a pot. Today one cup had a shot of Saint Brendans in it. Then after getting my caffeine fix I did the dreaded "clean the fireplace glass" chore. It only takes about an hour but it's a hassle. Flitz and Porter Cable random orbit buffer for the win.

That was exactly my choice this morn. Just one cup this morn, though. Then switched to Zen green tea.
I can get a better cup of coffee with my French press, but I love my keurig for its convenience. :yesnod:

Guatemalan roasted 3 days ago by yours truly. Very nice, mild flavor, either in the espresso machine or pour-over.
I just roasted a holiday blend for a buddy, 60% Kenyan beans, 40% Ethiopian. Hard to beat fresh roasted - usually best a few days after roast. :needcoffee:
Kind of hooked on the Kuerig stuff of late, Green Mountain Breakfast Blend, Vermont, and Half/Caff during the day, English Breakfast Tea in the evening.
For the Kuerig I like the Caribou Blend

Freshly ground Starbucks French Roast is my choice - I have a great Starbucks single (VERY LARGE CUP) coffee maker that makes fantastic coffee and I am fussy ... I like very bold coffee ...
Usually have two of those bad boys each morning as I wake up, watch the news, and read misc papers on the ipad ...

I liter of Diet Coke every morning. I'm usually thirsty in the morning. I may or may not drink coffee later, depending on if I decide to have a Red Bull or Monster instead.

This morning I had PC dark roast, but usually I have a two thirds Swiss water decaf and a third of the dark for body. Caffeine raises my blood sugar, seems weird but it's quite common, so I try to cut down normally. :seasix:

I'm not even close to being particular as long as it has caffeine.
Do like milk in it though. Ran out of that a week ago. Won't go out of my way to buy things so I've been using some dry creamer crap I stuck on the shelf for just such an emergency. That's probably 10 years old, beat it on the counter to turn it back into powder. Tastes like crap but I won't be getting a caffeine deficiency headache today... And that the main thang.

Vons has a section of whole bean coffee. I usually get French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Carmel Cream. Mix all together before I grind them at work.
People here seem to like it.
