I'm 6' 4" and 260 lbs and had a heck of a time trying to fit in the C7 at my local Chevy store. I don't think I could comfortably drive one given my size; definitely not a manual. I have a C6 now and have plenty of space so I was surprised. I tried all of the tricks for seat adjustment with no luck.
