There's nothing worse than when you get home from a trip and all of your pics suck due to one person not smiling correctly and saying" eww! I hate that pic", for all of them. Well, I guess there are worse things, but.
Case in point.
I had to coach my girls on how to duplicate their best smile for pics in Italy last year.
My wife just couldn't get it.
We'd have it down to where it was hilarious.
I'd say "picture", let's say in front of the Colloseum in Rome.
Within a second, the three of them would be together with the face on.
It really saved a lot of time, because after a while, taking pics is a pita.
It was a lot of fun doing it that way and they were great at it after a couple of days. We laughed every time we took a pic because it was so fast and they came out great.

This. When we received our pictures back from our wedding day, I found that I leaned into whoever was in the picture with me. After a few of them, I felt like a dumbass. ALL of the pictures with me in them had my head leaned towards the person that was in it with me. I never felt like I was doing it...just it must just be how I get my picture taken.:ulan:

Funny how they showed Asians in that video. They don't need no stinking squinch. WTF? Wouldn't it be easier to tell them just to close their eyes?

And as far as this goes, it doesn't make everyone look better. Imagine Orcah Winfrey, Mr. Janet Napolitano, and even Mooshell Obidiot doing that. There's nothing to fix that kind of ugly except to have a hottie stand in for those pics instead of them being in the pics.
