In 2006 I was flying from DC back to SoCal and the plane stopped in SLC, Utah.

No offense but, I was ready to GTF out of there.

We drove back from Rexburg Idaho last summer. From Salt Lake to Cortez Colorado was.....empty. I thought West Texas was desolate. :eek:

SLC is always a lot smoother than transferring thru Denver...One time I got stuck there for 8 hours- left town and rented a car, saw a movie...It was nice, but had a real hard time ordering a beer- I think they made me buy food also or some such thing.
