The Last ALMS Petit Le Mans

Is this weekend. I've been going since it started in '98. I remember seeing Paul Newman at the early races. I'm dreading what it might turn into next year with the series merge and goofy new name. I imagine there will be some deep discounts on souvenirs with ALMS on them this w/e. :D I really hate to see this series go.

I'm dreading what it might turn into next year with the series merge...

There is about a 99% chance that you can kiss what is left of GOOD, professional road racing in this country goodbye once the NASCAR asswipes get their greedy little fingers on it. :(


With that said, we are heading to the Rolex 24 (or whatever they are calling it now) at Daytona next year. Should be interesting to see how the new classes pan out.
