I hope they don't use that method where they sell hardboiled eggs. :nono:

I don't want some mofo spitting on my hardboiled eggs :slap:

You could probably use the same technique to vacuum it out... Course it might be the only one you ever do if that bad boy gets lodged in your windpipe

Yeah, nothing better than spit-infused egg salad slowly marinating in a refrigerator.

I would offer the conjecture that if you can peel a hard boiled egg that way, it would also be very easy to peel it normally. The fact that the egg is slippery enough to come out of the shell all at once is the key thing. When you peel an egg and chunks of egg come off with the shell, well, you're not blowing that egg out.

The fresher the egg, the harder it is to peel when boiled. Let them sit in the fridge for a week before boiling for easy peeling ones. :seasix:

Yep. And here's the correct way to boil a hard-boiled egg: Take the egg out of the fridge and let it sit for 30-40 minutes at room temp. Then put it in a pan and add water to completely cover the egg. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then take it off the heat and put the cover on the pan. 22 minutes later it's ready.

That's a little too long in the tub for me Larry, I let them sit in the water off the heat for 12 minutes, then right into a cold water bath. You never get the dreaded blue sulpher ring that way. And never dry yolks. :seasix:
