Apparently seatbelts were not used.

Pre-launch and launch scenes show serious shortcomings in suspension.

Even if throttle linkage failed, there's always:

1. Shift to neutral.

2. Kill ignition.

3. Leave it on the trailer. RECOMMENDED.
