Yes, but they don't have to show an American ID, at least here in Texas. A Consular Matricula (Mexican ID card) is just fine to register your Mexican kid (or American anchor baby) for school, WIC, free breakfast, free lunch, free dinner (Houston ISD) and free food to take home on the weekend (selected HISD schools).

The media is eating this one up, just as many would think that they would do. They are talking to this guys brother, and anyone else they can to find out more about the perp. Frankly, I couldn't give a shit less about this guy. The cops should have shot his ass, and threw him in a hole. This shit of the media giving noteriety to these goons is what keeps them doing it. It's all about making sure your name is circulated. Sickening.


I want to hear about the school staff and leaders, the cops, the rescue teams that were in there keeping those kids safe. Not sure what lining them up at a fence has to do with that, but I guess they had a plan. I don't want to see the guy that did the crimes picture, I don't want to know his name. Get him off the street for good. I have heard that he already had a record...why is he free to do these things? Oh yeah, forgot...our half assed justice system. Can't forget about that little nugget...

Turns out the guy was mentally unstable, a felon and was doing the 'ol suicide by cop routine.

He told the school peeps he wasn't going to hurt them.

Just proving that laws have no impact on lunatic criminals.
