I wash it as often and aggressivley as I want...then choke it until it throws up. :lol:

Besides that, you can't wash off the bacteria that's INSIDE the meat! Sometimes I rinse it, very carefully to get the slime off the outside of the bird if it's not really fresh. You don't have to, but it makes me feel better. :rofl:

Cooking it well kills the bad stuff. :yesnod:
