When I order Chinese with chicken, all the restaurants push "All white meat" for a modest up charge.

What are the odds that it's really all white meat?

Heck, what are the odds that it's really chicken?

I've got it on good authority that some unscrupulous restaurants use cookie cutters to chop up Latino meat, and then they serve it as white meat.
