KANSAS CITY, Mo. —A Kansas man has hit the jackpot in Missouri.
Michael Schulte, of De Soto, Kan., won $4 million from a scratch-off ticket he bought at a convenience store on the Missouri side of State Line Road in Kansas City.
Schulte claimed his prize on July 25, but it's not publicly known whether he'll take the 20-year annuity or a lump-sum payment of $2.6 million.
Schulte was playing the "$4,000,000 Cash Spectacular," a $20 game that the Missouri Lottery began offering in 2012.

He was a pretty good buddy in my High School days actually. Back then, he always wanted an Acura NSX, now he can probably buy several of them! Good for HIM! :hurray:
