Let's say you squeezed some oranges for juice or some lemons for lemonade. Or ate an apple, or a mango, or a passion fruit. or a pineapple, and you have the core left over. Don't toss those rinds or cores--put them in a freezer bag and freeze them. Then, when you roast a chicken, stuff the chicken with the stuff you froze. Almost any fruit adds a great flavor to roast chicken. Just add the fruit, maybe some garlic, salt, and pepper.
