Lauryn Hill begins prison term for £1.2m tax evasion

Singer Lauryn Hill has started a three month jail term for failing to pay a £1.2million tax bill.
The ex-Fugees star didn't pay taxes on earnings between 2005 to 2007 after quitting the music business to raise her children.
The mum-of-six claimed her treatment while working in the industry led to her not paying the money.
Hill will serve her sentence in a minimum security prison in Danbury, Connecticut.
She is expected to be asked to carry out menial jobs including landscaping and food preparation.
Hill's solo album, "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill", sold more than 19 million copies worldwide and won five Grammy Awards.
