My 9 year old daughter received an ipod for her birthday yesterday. Today she had me load it up with The Eagles, The Doors, AC/DC, Bon Jovi, and Lyle Lovett. Evidently, she spends too much time riding around with my wife listening to classic rock stations.

I just filled up an MP3 player for a friend in his 50's, old school 1%'r from out west, so he can have some tunes while he's riding...

"So what do you want on it?"

"Good music."

"Well, it's all good man..."

"You know, songs about fightin' and f*ckin."

I figure he wants some gangsta rap.

My girls (10yrs old) call this "Daddy music". I have gotten them to listen to current country though and that is OK too. Your daughter has chosen wisely :seasix:

:lol: I was talking with this guy, who must be around 30, about recognizable guitar riffs. I mentioned Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water". He gave me a blank look. I had a sudden realization about how old I am. :sadangel:
