TWO y/o little girl, supermarket, snatched

from the mother's shopping cart, carried around the store with a knife held to her throat.....cop came up, making sure he had one up.....

guy went threat, cop runs up and point blank in the head....little girl has a headache for sure....but better than any other alternative.....

guy was a known head case, time to start locking them down, this idea of letting them out to society is just STOOOOOOOOOOPID......
