I've never understood the negativity toward WOEII. So what if he posts in character. He's not mean spirited, and comes up with some pretty funny stuff. He takes the time to post the Friday threads because there are quite a few people that enjoy them, I guess. I'll take a WOEII thread over the drive by nastyness that some of our less than frequent visitors throw out. JMO

Over at the other place he harped on all the C6 guys and asked why no pop up headlights and he even photoshop C5 lights on one and they went ballistic.It was too funny.

It always made me laugh that he really bothered so many of the "powers that be" on CF. :D That alone should make the VB gang love him. :lol:

(Of course, Caturday also pissed them royally, go figure!!! :willy:)

Like someone said, WOE's light-hearted, and alot of people enjoy his particular brand of .. whatever it is. :lol:

I know him personally, without a mask :lol:, from living in Tampa, and he is a nice guy.

I'm still, though, guessing he just copies and posts the Friday threads all over the web, nothing particular to here, and....I still don't care. :D :lol:

Sometime last year someone made a post or comment about him in a negative way, he responded as a bit sad...

For the most part I have not seen him join us in threads since, and do not blame him really!

I like his threads.. and post, and am glad for the Friday thread..

I think Bill's a good guy, too. As I recall, I'm the one who invited him over here, and I am glad he showed up. In my thread about "calling him out", so to speak (to make him acknowledge his presence here), someone had made a catty remark about Bill, and Bill laid him low with his good-natured humor. It's true that his Friday post here is a copy-and-paste, and I too wish he'd post more often. I used to really look forward to his cooking threads on CF, but he apparently got too busy. One is in particular began with nothing more than frozen chicken bones.

That said, if Bill is so sensitive that a discussion of him, with a few neutral/negative comments, offends him and causes him to leave from here, then that's just life. I trust Bill would realize that we're just expressing our thoughts, with no malice intended.
