I had penne pasta for dinner tonight. My wife made it--pasta, a few black olives, a little mystery meat, red onions, some kind of green stuff, and olive oil. It was room temperature. I ate it with French bread and butter. The bread was excellent.
Still feeling hungry, I opened the energy bar container and picked a dark chocolate, cherry, and cashew one. It has 50% of my daily requirement for antioxidants and vitamins A, C, and E. I've now had 200% of those.,,and there's still Cherry Cobbler and Apple Cobbler flavors in the container. I'm going to be one healthy mofo! :yesnod:
