Here's the kicker. I'm saving $100 a month, went from a 1500 sq ft 3/3 with 2 room mates. To a 2/2 1800 sq ft place with just me:lol:

I told my kid no dorms and no frats. Plain and simple and was not open for negotiation or he would be in debt for a very long time. He stay focused through a Masters and now doing well.

They'll be plenty of time for fking around after.
