have appt with doc on the 10th. from our last meeting, i understand that i will be on these thinners for 6 months at least. if it happens again, then will be on for life.
i drove back from dallas in my rv (11 hours) 2 days before this happened. right now it seems they are chalking it up to a fluke deal as a result of that drive.

of course i get the smoking lecture, but the pitcher takin chic says smoking affects the arteries, not the veins, so this wasnt smoking related.:dunno:

still planning on quitting though:cheers:
