Diversity / Harassment training at work

I had to go through a mandated diversity / harassment training class at work last week and what a snoozer it was. I understand with all of today’s political correctness being out there that every company wants to CYA but come on. One of the video’s looked like was from the 70’s or at least the acting did. There was one segment where to actors were talking about some chick down the hall. Another female coworker came up behind them and busted them. Damn near every guy in the room snickered big time. Even the girl teaching the class thought it was funny. They ask us at the end to write down on a form what we would like to see changed at the office. Mine said “I’d like to see you install partitions between the urinals. I’m tired of the guy standing next to me watching me shake my wanker” Good thing we didn’t have to put our names on them.
If you were asked to write something for your company to change what would it be? Don’t hold back you can say what you want here at the Barn.

That when I go to the candy machine that it have Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. WTF stocks a candy machine without Reese's? They even waste two spaces with those retarded strawberry wafer cookies no one ever eats, but no Reese's.

if you are so insightful, you already know the 1 or 2 individuals that are problems, so call them into your office, whack them with a wet noodle, tell them to start acting like adults or their butt is out of here next time someone complains about their harassment.

I'm trying to remember just when people started becoming so damn sensitive in the workplace. Suck it up and be an adult. I'm from the old school manufacturing environment and I still don't do well with all of this politically correct horseshit.
