A dog's front paws were chopped off by a Mexican drug cartel. It now has prostetic legs, but just damn! There is no reason to do this to an animal. ****in' savages....

My understanding is that the dog belonged to the cartel...or at least people say they had seen the dog with cartel members. If true, then what they did was just senseless cruelty.
