I am remodeling the lower half of the house and building her a photography studio. I have been working on it every night and weekend since January. I spent all day today picking up 30 sheets of 4 x 12 drywall to hang by myself. I went in the fridge to grab a beer before assembling the drywall lift. She drank the last one last night! I think I will quit work early so. I can think about her punishment.

Clearly your problem is not that she drank the last beer, it's that you are living in a home where it is possible to drink the last beer. I'd have to work mighty hard for several days to empty my beer fridge. The closest I come to being out of beer is when I'm out of a particular kind of beer.
