Talked to Wil for so long, some other folks and then another friend who moved here from Columbus, GA (owner of "70 toy"), that we only saw a portion of the show. :lol:

It was fun, though, and great to see the c7 in person, even if it was GREEN! :lol:

That's one of the first C7's I haven't liked. I'm NOT a fan of the green. Can't believe they are out promoting with it.

I'm the flipside of that coin... I'm deeply in lust for that color right now... I think I could live with the tail lights if my Sting Ray was that color.

I don't. He said he was selling it, and I saw the For Sale sign, but didn't even look at the price. Someone who is still on CF could shoot him a PM there and ask.

ie It's the new vette. I want it. I hope the interior looks nice and the seat feels good when I sit my rear in it. :D

Honestly though, were cost no concern, I'd buy a WHITE one, which would be immediately delivered to a custom painter/builder to receive:

:kimblair: Hey Ms Liz it was good to chat with you and Kevin again. Will and Liz Cooksey actually stopped by and walked around our C4 with us on one of their golf cart tours. He confirmed all the stories I had been told about the factory "paint" issues and limited production run that resulted - adding his own thoughts and opinions as well. We had a great time, but I was beat after 8 hours under the grand stands. The C7 was nice, but I dont think the Lime Rock Green does much for the car lines though.

That green is nice, but not on that car. Only on a convertible (preferably British, like a Triumph TR-6), with dark brown leather interior.

Our BMW 325 had that color with the dark brown interior and we loved it. I just don't see green on an American sports car working. British/European, sure...
