Need help finding a part for a ramp i am making.

Now that i have the riding mower and am keeping it in my shed i have been using a pair of 2" x 12" x 6' ramps under the wheels to get it in and out as the shed is slightly elevated because it is on blocks. I am looking for the metal transition pieces to bolt onto the edge of the ramps to make the transition smoother. Similar to the ones in the pic below.

Anyone know where i can get them? Harbor Freight and Home Depot didn't carry them.
