Here's the preliminary agenda that was turned over. Keep in mind, this is not yet final...

One thing that will (hopefully) change his year is that there will be a place to register for single events. Previously, you only had to register for specific events if they needed to be paid for ahead of time, like the wine and cheese tour.

However, there are other events that require a head count, like the autocross. These types of events will still have no charge associated, but there will be a way to indicate whether or not you will be participating. (Last year, we scrambled to get participation counts for things like autocross. Hopefully, this will eliminate that.)

Snowball Tour starts at 10:15am
Tour Description: From the craggy breakdown of the Rocky Mountains, enter the beautifully elliptical Cleveland Avenue, encrusted with gypsum formations in various crystalline shapes and sizes, from sparkling needles to showy mineral "flowers". Arrive one mile later in the Snowball Room and enjoy a bite to eat - just as visitors have done there since the 19th century!
Price: $14 Adults, $9 Youth, $7 Special Access
Duration: 3 hours
Distance: 2 miles
Total Stairs: 366 (183 in and out)
Difficulty: Moderate
Lunch Fee: Pay on your own
Box lunches and snacks are available for purchase at the Snowball Room - cash only.

It's not too bad, though. The most difficult part is finagling the times to fit everything in and trying to decide what to put in the schedule. But I got so much feedback from everyone here that participated in the suggestions and survey, it made the job easier. :cheers:

2012 was the first "Cruise-In" that Yvonne and I went on some of the excursions/tours.

These were a blast... I guess we missed out by not going on them in years past. I just sent the schedule to Yvonne; I hope we can make it this year.

I gotcha...also figured as much. I am not leaving until Monday, so the INDY 500 will be a great fit for filling the day.
