Forgot I had this in my collection. On my first job after I got out of the Army, one of the black dudes working on the team was always talking about his "boosa" so I found this pic, titled it, and taped it to the cabinet above his cubicle for all to see. Dude was pissed! :funny:
I'm assuming he has hand controls for gear shifting as well as rear braking.
Good on that guy for living his life on his terms. The pic is funny at first, and then, kinda uplifting. He isn't letting his size get in the way of enjoying life....on his terms.

Those thing shift via a buttons on the left side of the handle bars (handle..heh heh) and it will automatically down shift. I believe the brakes are all controlled by hand, too.
Yes they have an electric shift model (most are not), but there is no factory hand brake. All three wheels are controlled by the footbrake. It looks like his footbrake is relocated up with the peg.
