Back From A successful Drive To New Hampshire

We went to nurse my sister after her surgery. She looked like hell when we got there, but looks great now. She really needed a break from stress, and just needed to rest, which she did. My wife did all of the cooking and cleaning for three days, and I got her daughter out of there for a couple of days. They both needed a break from each other.
We stayed at a hotel while my wife tended to my sister. That worked wonders for my sister. We left her in great shape.....:yesnod:
I drove around the New Hampshire area and saw all of it's beauty....:seasix:
We met Snide , Alan , for lunch in Nashua, which was really nice.:seasix:
Then we went around ammo & powder shopping, and then drove up to Concord to check out the track... All in all, it was a complete success....:dance:

It was 55° - 60° on Friday & Saturday, and it was mostly gone before we got there on Thursday. It was really nice to experience the real first spring weather in the New England area.

Good on you for taking care of family. God knows I've had my share the last few years. My father's incident cost me a job, but he's still alive.

Sorry I missed you Jeff. I had to be in PA a few days before snide did, as my friend was finally released from the rehab facility due to the stroke he had.
Hopefully someday we can meet up for lunch. :)

I'm sure theyr'll be a next time though. I finally got to meet my sarcastic nemesis though...:lol:

He was in good spirits when he showed snide and started the hearse up. Just trying to help him get situated from hospital care to being home.....big adjustment for him :yesnod:
