I had it last night. A friend of ours, not a renowned cook, made it. It was so dry that it was hard to choke down. The cabbage was pretty good though. The beer I drank with it was the best part of the meal.

My Mom made it every year for St. Patrick's Day. We are not even Irish :wtf: I f'n hate the taste of it :ack: and hated what happened after I ate it. :flush:

I just bought some Thin Mints from a Girl Scout...would rather eat those to celebrate the day instead...

I love this time year, we get between 6 and 8 corned beefs and freeze them. In the crock pot at different times thru the spring/summer and I have corned beef sandwiches for lunch :drool:
