Frames. Foreground Frames or background frames.

For example:

Rules:

You must be the photographer, and it must be taken this month. Use whatever camera you have with you at the time.

Photo manipulation of contrast, lens correction (chromatic aberration, pin cushion, etc), exposure, brightness, color, sharpness and crop are allowed. "Chopping" something into the image is not allowed. HDR is allowed.

You may submit several images to get feedback, but by the deadline you must edit it down to one for the voting poll.

Use of Smart phone apps is allowed. No borders but filters are ok.

Deadline: Sunday, March 31.

I got nothin'.

Since we have to take the picture this month, I won't have anything to submit unless I happen to see something while I'm out and about. When TxAg posted "religion" (something like that) as the theme, I could at least take a mental inventory of where I have seen religion-related things and then go take a picture.

Doesn't qualify for the contest, because it's several years old.
But I thought i'd post it just for the heck of it. If I had decent equipment at the time, this could have been a hell of a better photo.
I shot this with my little sony cybershot, and this photo has been zoomed and cropped from a larger photo. I was wanting the framing affect from the trees, but with the little camera, I had to back up so far that I lost detail.
Also, I had carried the camera on a lanyard around my neck, with the camera resting on my chest. Well it was so hot that day, that the sweat from my chest had fogged up the camera.

This isn't the greatest quality - shot it this morning with my iPhone while sitting in traffic from hell. Thought the graffiti was kinda cool.

They decided to arrest a robber they'd been searching for just up the highway a bit. I was sitting for a while. :rofl:

Completely calm(wind) today. The thought entered my mind to squat and try to get a bit of the 'still' flag in the pic. I knelt, focused on the flag, and one little puff of wind made the flag fly....makes you wonder sometimes...RIP boys of '64.

We were in FL last week, visiting the In-Laws. I took my daughter and SIL, plus our 2y/o grand-daughter along.
Some of the shots (like this one) are from Disney World, New Smyrna Beach, or at the In-Laws pool.
I took over 300 pix, and I'd like to share them all, but I'll refrain from most of the family stuff.

At Disney Animal Kingdom, on the Safari ride.
The driver said this pic was a very rare instance of a giraffe laying down.
She had never seen this before, so it is/was a very rare ocurrance indeed.

The bird squaking was attacking the bird in front and above, to keep it away from a potato chip tossed in the air.

What's funny - is the next day I went by, the county had already come through and painted over it.
