Suit of the day:

Sit and spin in chair until top of chair unscrews from base and you fall over. Claim nonspecific neck and lower back pain, as well as emotional trauma and lack of consortium, then sue the chair manufacturer for not having a "warning: do not sit and spin in this chair" placard prominantly displayed on it.

Settle for a couple million.

Remit standard 10% to me for the great idea.
