I just got one of these things for nothing and was wondering besides the obvious stuff to use it for, what anyone has used one for. So for I've done steaks, grilled cheese and all kinds of melted sammies, bacon and eggs on the flat grill, and even corn dogs from scratch. What else ya got?

We've got one, but it gets used only on rare occasions. We've done pork chops, salmon filets, and chicken breasts on it. It works great and the models with the removable cooking plates clean up easily. We just have very limited counter space, so the Forman grill gets put away and forgotten.

Have the small one, then got the bigger later, rarely use them now.

That's the problem I find as well, it takes up too much room. It would be perfect for a dorm room student. That, a barfridge, and a microwave....instant kitchen.

I like large portobello mushrooms on there, when I don't feel like firing up the grill. Brush them with olive oil. Salt, pepper, maybe some garlic powder...whatever. Toss them on. Turn maybe a time or two. Cook them to your desired tenderness.

Just like everyone else, mine doesn't get much use any longer. :funny:
