:ulan::ulan: Cable providers, they suck. Last year, WOW started jacking up my bill. I called TWC and switched. Cable, phone, internet package. Never even hooked up a phone but it was part of the deal. 3 months PPV and premium channels free. Part of the deal. Got the bill for month 4 and they charge $51 extra for the premium stuff. :rant:I never asked for it or approved it. They just did it. I called them up and dumped the package for a simple cable/internet service. Returning the DVR also, I have a DVD recorder that will do that. If I can remember how to use it. Its been a few years.
Do they all suck ?? If I didnt need the internet I'd dump the whole thing.:rant:

Its pretty aggravating. I only have 2 cable services in the area. I tried Dish but it seems like every time it storms, I lose it. Eventually I think I will end up with internet service only. From what provider, I dont know. Maybe I can get a netbook and use a phone based service. Not a phone person so I am ignorant in that area.
