I find x-large lobster tail to be tough myself, especially the north Atlantic species. The spiny lobsters of the Caribbean are very good when oversize.
Was it tender John? :bigears:

Oh Yeah. You can cut it with a fork. It's the only thing the wife orders. I have tried their Duck and their Rabbit. It's all good, but their Steaks and Lobster are to die for. They do have some game meats.

The menu is a large chalk board placed at each table. Tons of things on it, all printed very neatly. It's amazing how they get so many items on a chalk board and you can still read it. :)

Boy, that's the truf! I ordered a 5-lb. lobster once, and it was impossible to eat.
