SPRING, TX (KHOU/CNN) - A high school senior is determined to wear a dress to prom.

The Texas senior is a male.

Tony Zamazal stated he's been dressing as a woman as often as he can.

"I really didn't accept it in my own mind that it was okay until recently," said Zamazal. "It just became part of me."

Zamazal said he feels more comfortable dressing as a woman and is ready to make his big debut at his prom.

One issue stands in his way - the assistant principal in charge of the prom dance dress code at Spring High School is will not permit it.

The administrator told Zamazal his request was not apart of the dress code.

Initially crushed, Zamazal is determined to take a stand.

Undeterred about what others may think and how he will be judged, Zamazal is ready to put on his wig and heels to dance.

"If I do get to go as a woman, I will be ecstatic," said Zamazal.

ehh...i dont know of any men who dress up like women, that prefer men, that arent the homosex.

Im not saying all gays are crossdressers, but its been my experience that crossdressers are gay.
