I just bought a Triumph TR6 hard top, complete with rear and side glass, all moulding and attaching parts, for $600!

Triumph TR6 Hardtop | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/triumph-tr6-hardtop-/290866362197?VER=single&POS=viewandbid&viewandbid=290866362197&nma=true&si=1SQ8vwOd%252FbDntjbikq1cyytYoHc%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557)

It's worth at least twice that, maybe $1500-$2000 to someone who needs the color it was just painted. These tops have always been expensive, and now they are very hard to find.

I know I'm bragging, so please forgive me, but this is as good as the NOS BB C2 side pipes, rocker moulding, and side pipe covers I bought several years ago for $2,000 and sold them for $4500.

You got any good deals lately?

The Lloyd's cargo mat it was on is worth more.

So that's what that is! From the looks of the seller's garage, he's not hurting.

That exact chuck manufactured by Rohm sells for just over $3000. I purchased an Interstate brand chuck ( that fit my budget)

The lathe was extra, I'm just talking about the chuck.

I know, there was a thread about them earlier, but I think a mod with a god complex and an irrational vendetta against the OP deleted it...

The thing with tops is they are hard to ship, like C3 hard tops. They are worth $$$, but your market is small. He is probably lucky you were in his area.
